fluffy tuxedo cat with black nose and yellowish eye color. friendly, but distressed. flea collar and colorful collar on with no information on it.

the cat is friendly, let me pet it (second time seeing it). this time it seemed distressed, with a lot of vocalization, but not aggressive. wasn’t drooling or foaming at the mouth. only weird movement i saw was with its back but it was that weird back thing cats do after getting pet and the tail going up. no visible bleeding or wounds. however after i pet around the ear, my hand was a little wet and stinky. there was also mystery liquid on my pants and on my boot, could have been from washing dishes but i don’t think so. i cant keep the cat and i dont know where it is now (picture was taken around 8) as i dont hear it, and it is too late to call anyone so i dont know what else to do other than go here
