Sit out a bird cage out some water and seeds or something like a cucumber cut in half just lay it in the bottom. Just make sure to tie the door open. It may take a lot of patience just wait until it goes in and starts eating then slowly easy over and close the door

Put up flyers in neighborhood saying found parakeet. Prayers and shared. You might try bird seed. Probably trained that way
