Message from Owner

My husband's stupid contractors who were working on the bathroom/bedroom kept the doors open when we said we had cats and that we need them closed. Two of our cats escaped (one returned), and then they let our dog out the next day. Midnight is the mom of four of my other cats and we all miss her terribly because these are our children since we lost our human child.

Melvin S. Marsh I guess you could go introduce yourself to the nicer neighbors and give them a flyer 🤷☹️

Shared 🙏🏼 🐶🐱 Tips for finding lost pets *Contact your microchip company if they’re chipped and report them lost or stolen. *Report as lost to animal control *File a lost pet report with every shelter within a 60-mile radius of your home. *VISIT, don’t just call, the nearest shelters daily, if possible. * Put up fliers. *Post in Lost and found pet groups in your surrounding area. * Post on PawBoost and NextDoor Neighborhood *Put a lost sign in your yard. * Visit local vets and shelters. *Check craigslist. * Go door to door and ask neighbors to check under decks and anywhere else they could be trapped or hiding and ask them to be on the look out also. * Also ask your mail lady and garbage man to be on the look out as well. *leave food (stinky tuna, salmon ect.) and fresh water available near your house. *Set up an area close to your house/porch with an old towel or other items that smell familiar, like yourself. I hope you find your Baby soon♥️

Melvin S. Marsh thank you for having her spayed and microchipped ❤️ Be sure to contact the chip company and tell them that she's missing. If you haven't already, put up flyers everywhere as many people aren't on social media. Give flyers to every vet clinic, rescue, and shelter in the area in case she turns up. Is she a former stray from the neighborhood? Ask your neighbors to check their cameras, garages, sheds, and crawlspaces. Look up in trees in case she was chased. Walk the neighborhood in the wee hours with a flashlight and look for glowing eyes. Call her in a regular voice (not panicked) and gently shake a treat bag if she likes that kind of stuff. She's probably hunkered down and hiding nearby, but she may not answer you when you call. That's just instinctual, as a vocal cat gives away their location to predators. Put her beds/blankets and some of your dirty clothes on your porches and around the perimeter of your yard. Good luck ❤️
