Beautiful dog. If this is a GP they are super sweet dogs. She may be scared or hurt if she is not letting you approach. Give her time and she will decompress. I hope someone in your area has a chip reader and comes to scan. If she is not chipped and anyone tries to claim the dog please have them provide proof of ownership like a photo of the dog with the family. Withhold any distinguishing marks on the dog so only the family can identify them. Remove the comment about the collar so the family will be able to identify that.
