They never leave you. My sweet dog Sugar was murdered by my neighbors 8-17-2009 and I think about her almost daily. I still don't know what they did with her body.

I love that you posted this. I think we all do. Your love, loyalty and faith is inspiring. I too am still waiting that same wait. I think many of us are. And also, it's A-okay that you posted this, in fact, it's beautiful! I have done the same thing after many a year, why not (ya just never know!) Besides, it honors the pup and your dedication to him. But yeah, you are not alone, many of us are right there with you. And that you would still post this, after all this time, is truly touching. God bless you, and yours.
