Male Poodle (Possible mixed ), from the search a Bichon/Maltipoo mix, Fur is curly texture like and very soft. No Collar, he is tiny, floppy ears, but no to floppy. He drinks his water, but his mouth always open.

He actually ran off July4th, when we first found him, took him out and he ran off, but came back today July 5th. Still trying to find his family. The pic is from yesterday.
