Vicki Hegeman Etzler My friend took the dog to get scanned for a chip because this lady claimed she had a scanner. When my friend got there this Carla lady told my friend that the dog needed surgery because his balls hasn't dropped and he's a puppy. Clearly this is also an older dog not a puppy. Anyone that has any experiences with dogs knows that this dog is probably already fixed but my friend didn't know to look for the tattoo. So with her not being experienced with rescuing she left the dog with Carla because Carla promised to try to find the owner and Carla has not done that. Last night Carla and I had a not-so-good conversation and I was just trying to help her with Fido and she started calling me all kinds of names out of the blue. She did tell my friend that she was a rescue and then as you can see she admitted that she's not after my friend left. She has a little Chihuahua of her own and wants her dog to have a mate so that's why she's holding the dog and not trying to find the owner. My friend handed over the dog in good faith Not to be stolen but my friend isn't into rescuing like I am so none of this bothers anyone but me.

Darla Goodall Cain I thought she was looking for the owner, I didn't know she was going to steal the dog. She claims that she has him posted everywhere and asked me to take mine down. I'm not seeing any post but 1 on the hush hush?? 🤔

Pam Allen can you please help get in contact with them? The scanner lady is keeping the dog, She's very rude, very disturbing inbox messages, claimed to be a rescue but only to keep the dog

Please make a found report on IndyLostPetAlert.com Also, please post to the NextDoor app and Neighbors RING app You can take the pet to any local vet/24 hr animal hospital, to have scanned for a microchip at no cost. Please require *multiple* photos as proof of ownership & vet records if claimed, to ensure the pet goes home to their legal owners. Please offer food & water if possible.
