This male pup was found by a friend. He was taken to get chip scanned at a home, The person scanning says no chip & kept the dog. After conversation with said person & trying to get help through FIDO, I DON'T FEEL THAT THIS DOG IS SAFE WITH SAID PERSON THAT'S NOW IN POSSESSION. PLEASE SHARE & HELP FIND THE OWNER! NOT EVERYONE UTILIZES THE INTERNET SO I'M GOING TO PUT FLYERS OUT IN THE AREA AS THIS "RESCUE" SHOULD BE DOING AS SHE STATES SHE "FOLLOWS THE STATE GUIDELINES???!??" Where's the flyer???? SHARE SHARE SHARE!!!
