Is this anyone’s dog? It has been hanging in my backyard since yesterday 6/13. Gave them some water and food, have tried to get it to come out from that spot but it’s too scared… so sad seeing a dog like this. Doesn’t move from there until there is no one in the backyard. If anyone recognizes its owners please let me know
