Cross check Pawboost alert local shelters is it Microchipped and if need be turn into Animal Shelter rather than fending for itself on the streets unless it's found it's Furever home with u Thanks for keeping it SAFE also check other Pet sites

Looks injured. Probably from digging out under a fence. County shelter has a self scanner or any vet, animal ER or Petco will scan. I think this is someone's dog. Looks healthy. If you are unable to chip scan and owners dont find you, please reach out and I can help with the path to a GSP specific rescue for this guy.

Kern County Animal Services on Fruitvale had a scanner outside the building that can be used by the public to scan for a chip. It's free to use.
