Hopefully her owners will claim her and not let her go because of her fence jumping. I had a dog like that once and a hit wire put a stop to the jumping. Unfortunately he cleared the 4' fence so there was more work involved.but he was successfully corralled.

She stopped by our house (in this same neighborhood) last night around 2am during the bulk of the storm. We took her in during the hail. We had her in our backyard and fed her but she jumped our fence as well and we couldn’t get her back. She belongs to someone, is fed and has trimmed nails, no fleas. Hope she gets home!

I can't keep her contained because she easily jumps a 4ft chain link fence. She comes and goes.
