Tiggy is a super friendly lovebug. He purrs almost constantly and will come right up to anyone who makes kissy noises. He's very thin due to some ongoing health problems. His right leg is shaved from a recent vet visit. We're very worried about him as he needs daily and special food. Please help us bring him home!
