Please check for chip. Hang flyers asap. The owners may not be on social media so flyers may be the only way for them to find him. Report finding him to the local shelter in case the owners go there looking for him. The correct shelter is usually the first place owners go to find their dogs. Also download a flyer to the shelter so they can put it in their desk book so the owner can see it if they go there.
