Short stalky terrier that looks like a tuxedo cat in dog form. Extremely friendly, pulls on the leash! Had a ripped off rope attached to her, believe she chased a cat who she made friends with, found in the same yard as her.

Ina Clark she’s at the humane society.l in Oceanside. She’s not spayed but if interest is shown in adopting her, they will move her to the top of the list to be spayed and ready for her forever home.

homeless people deserve dogs too. this dog looks well cared for and well mannered. we should think about building homeless people up instead of wanting to take their last or only meaningful possession.

Please contact the humane society !! There are slot of people in Oceanside with dogs they cannot take care of !!!!!! Also could be baiting to use for fighting !!! Please don’t give it to just anyone 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
