it needs to be contained and a reference number put on its collar for animal rescue to collect they wont come out and search. Leg injury limping and bruised and stained. Also, its even more difficult to catch as a new construction site with huge cabins been raised on the street! I seen a woman with a caulking glue gun it looked like walking with the cat i think to glue the cats feet to the ground so animal rescue could collect it failed.

Qasim Riaz don’t need to put them in a carrier. Someone could come out and try to check for a chip with a scanner. What injuries does it have?
