Our beautiful and loving cat, Buffy, has not come back recently. As we have just gone through a heatwave, we're even more worried now. She's a very friendly and harmless cat, is extremely approachable.

She could have found somewhere cooler than your house, as the weather is unusual. She will lie low and sleep in a cool place until dark, then be active and respond to sound. Notify the identichip company, check your details are up to date. Notify immediate Vets in your area. Your familiar voice calling when it is dark and silent outside, it may take her a little time to respond if she has wandered a way, but sound travels further in the quiet of the night.

Always best to drop flyers (with photo of cat) through letterboxes around your area asking everyone to open and check their sheds,garages etc., Not everyone is on Facebook so your post will not be seen by everyone. Cats are notoriously nosey and will enter through an open door and get accidentally shut in. Hopefully chip is uptodate. 🤞
