Orange with white stripes and white belly, not fixed, super sweet and friendly, really skinny

This male cat showed up on my front porch a few days ago and keeps coming back. He meows and tries to get in the hse. He runs right up to me crying and rubs on on my leg like he wants me to pet him. He's really sweet but my 3 dogs don't like him. I have given him some food and water with it being so hot

I wonder if someone sold their house and left him? He obviously was an indoor or an indoor outdoor cat and as friendly and sweet as he seems to be, you would think someone would be looking for him. I feel so badly for him. Thank you for looking out for him and trying to find his home. I'm sure that's exactly what he wants too.

Post to NextDoor and notify Animal Control and Area vet clinics maybe take him to Richmond Animal Care and Control being skinny means he has been on his own for some time he needs help! Thanks for caring!
