Shared. IF you have NOT yet done all these things do them ASAP. Notify Toronto Animal Services and check their website for found cats. Also notify nearby vet offices, rescues, shelters (e.g. Humane Society) and the microchip company if he's chipped. Cats will usually stay close to the door they left for a day or two before searching for food but remember that cats are nocturnal and HIDE daytime especially when scared or injured. Leave his used litter and some food and water in hidden places near that door. Check all nearby dark, shaded areas under bushes, shrubs and trees and places where he can shelter from wind, cold/heat and rain/snow especially if he's hurt or injured. Check under decks, in window wells and dark corners of nearby porches, yards, garages, sheds and stairwells where he could be hiding or might be trapped. Thump the hoods and fenders of nearby parked cars in case he is hiding in an engine compartment or wheel well. Ask nearby neighbours to do the same and to check their porches, garages and yards where he could hide or may be trapped. See Pawboost for more suggestions and sample posters. Post notices in a 5 block radius, include outbuildings and construction sites. Put a notice in nearby (within a 5 block area of your property) neighbours' mailboxes. Post on FB lost and found dogs and cats site and on community and local store notice boards. Go out AFTER dark and bring food and treats. Walk around a 5 block area, stop periodically, semi hide and put the food beside you not in your hand and softly call. Listen carefully but do NOT make any loud noises or sudden moves. Lost cats are terrified and do not recognize their owners as safe.

The kitty is probably hiding close to home and scared. Call the kitty’s name softly morning noon and night. Late at night. Rattle a treats bag. Put out toys and food and water. Rig up a cat shelter with a heat source - place articles of clothing and blankets that smell like home in the shelter. Posters work. Make posters and put them up everywhere with your phone number visibly on the poster. Ask for sightings. Don’t give up.

So sorry about your lost, I stumbled across your post concerning your missing Baby. Kindly Give a text to (@barksync_) on Instagra. They actually helped me in tracking my pet back to me in less than a week. I still thank them every day, hoping they'll find yours soon.
