Found in Lynwood. For some reason the finder brought him to my job in Torrance. Legally I had to take him to Lynwood City Hall. They are transferring him to spcaLA Hawthorne. He is one of the sweetest dogs I’ve ever met. No microchip but looks loved and taken care of. Truly hoping his family finds him.
