Check on 24petconnect.com, they are linked to all the local shelters and you can search by your zip code. Call and physically go into the shelters to look for him.

Also try playing cats or kittens meowing on YouTube outside in your yard or in a window of your home. Check with neighbors as he may have been accidentally locked in a garage or shed.

Try putting something outside with your scent on it, worn socks seem to work best. If you have a garage put a bowl of food in there and leave the door open enough for him to get in. Although I am sure you have already done this, start searching immediately and keep looking. Look in bushes, under cars, and anywhere he can crawl into, they tend to stay close to home. Take a can of food with you and call his name or use whatever sound gets him to come to you. Search early morning, evenings with a flashlight, and late at night. Praying for his safe return home 🙏

Just go to tractor supply and get a live animal trap. Put wet food in it cover it with a dark blanket and check it every couple hours when cats get out they don’t go far for the first week or so. Maybe seven or eight houses. Just keep checking it every couple hours. Don’t give up sometimes it takes a couple weeks even. I have done it several times and caught my cat every single time! Different Cats! I even caught a possum once. But eventually, I got my cat. I even got a cat that I was transporting when he got out of my arms at midnight in another state. He ran into the woods and we got him a week later with the trap. It does work! Just do it quickly!
