If you haven't already, put up flyers everywhere as most people aren't on social media. Ask your neighbors to check their cameras, garages, sheds, and crawlspaces. Look up in trees, in case he was chased (I don't think he'd be in a tree for 3 weeks, but he might have been trying to come back home and gotten chased). He's probably nearby, but hiding and scared- he may have gotten turned around and not realize home is close by. Go out in the wee hours with a flashlight and look for glowing eyes. Call him in a regular voice (not panicked) and gently shake a treat bag if he likes that kind of stuff. Put his beds/blankets and some of your dirty clothes on your porch(es) and around the perimeter of your yard. Good luck <3 (The cat in my pic disappeared once for three weeks- when she came home, she looked like she had been shut up somewhere. It was around a holiday, so I guess she got into someone's shed and they went on vacation. She never did that again!)
