I have a cage ( you can borrow) & food if you want to take a drive to Vista. Or else, I can care for it until the owner is found. I am a bird lady. So glad you found it. Can't really tell if it's a girl or boy. Offer it some water & romaine lettuce until you get seeds. Maybe a little multi grain bread or brown bread.
