Blue and white budgie

Good morning everyone. Unfortunately, I’m adding to the list of people that have lost their birds during this warm weather (Buckingham area). My sister had her cage outside and was changing their bathwater and one of her birds escaped. Pingu is a blue budgie. Sadly, a learning lesson for my sister, however disastrous for this little guy. If he shows up anywhere, please let us know. It is important to have your birds wings clipped if you want them domesticated. Thank you on behalf of my sister who does not know how to use social media.
