Crystal Wright unfortunately, Charlie isn't banded. He has one white toenail on his right foot at the front, that would be his identifier. I appreciate you keeping an eye out. This is heartbreaking.

I would call around to all of the pet stores or places people bring pets because I’ve heard of people finding those birds recently that have taken them into like a vet
