If your pet is chipped, no matter what company, you can register the number on foundanimals.org, which is the Michelson Found Animals’ Microchip Registry that allows any chip number to be added to their registry. It is absolutely free with Michelson to register any chip number with any company. Be sure to include your contact and vet so anyone who might find your pet can have that info to get in touch. Once added, it takes maybe 10-15 minutes at most, on the website you can activate a missing alert for them which notifies the system they are missing. I recently found out about this and wanting to share with any and all pet owners. I added both my pups even though they’re also registered with their original chip company, as well. Michelson is a great national registry and so helpful.
