Skinny black cat, very friendly, may have a ribbon tied around her neck. She is an indoor/outdoor cat in Lauderdale by the Sea, hangs out around Sea G/ Bougainvilla/ Walgreens area. She is desperately missed!

Put on nextdoor.com if you have not already but why in the heck do you have a plastic strip rack around your cat's neck or at least that's what it looks like Anyway walk up and down your street look for homes and have a security camera or ring doorbell and I send the check their video I'm still really confused about what's around the cat's neck which doesn't look humane at all
