Cathy Mucke Harber Thank u so much for that i’ve had his bedding and food and toys out but it’s been raining a lot and will continue to rain all week hopefully somehow he finds his way back when it starts drying out and i’ll keep looking out for him everyday!

I hope that you have notified both local PD in case someone takes your cat there, as well as Hitchcock Animal Shelter… Check at the shelter daily as necessary! Ask all your neighbors to check their garages, sheds, etc. in case your cat got closed inside one!! Put some of your cat’s bedding as well as some of your clothing with your scent on it outside in a dry spot for your cat to smell, hopefully enticing it to head home! Key is to keep calmly calling and talking to your cat at all hours, especially the wee hours & looking for it, using a flashlight to help see its eyes… Check all around your house/building and under everything including greenery & especially in all dark places…Check high and low! Try opening some smelly food like tuna (do not serve it in the can!) or some rotisserie chicken & shake a food/snacks bag often! And if you can, leave a door or a window open enough for your cat to potentially let itself back inside! 🤞🏼
