Open a Lost Cat Report with the SPCA via spca.com His photo will then be posted on the SPCA site. Save his soiled cat litter box. Sprinkle some of his soiled litter on the side of your stairs and on the earth of the shrubs that you share with immediate neighbors. You can also put some on aluminum foil sheets, cup them and place in the bushes on your property. The familiar scent will attract him.
