All Black American Shorthair. Had a white collar on a few weeks ago. NOT Neutered

This cat that has made friends with my cat and comes over my hse almost daily. His white collar (looked like an airtag) went missing and I replaced it with a reflective green one like a week ago with a little note attached containing contact info but it doesn't look like anyone has touched it. I've been feeding him in the evenings along with my cat, he feels quite light for his size and eats somewhat ravenously.

Mark Poulsen that is my child's mother. And we don't answer calls we don't know sorry for the confusion usually we text whoever is calling back asking who they are though.
