Message from Owner

$500 for safe return . I’m looking for my girl Sheila, a red tail boa who has been my companion for 12 years. She got out today and made her way into a storm drain in my yard on Glenarden pkwy Sheila is 6-7 feet long, brown and tan with a beautiful reddish pattern toward her tail. Smooth glossy scales, wide triangular head, copper-colored eyes. She moves slowly and is very calm by nature. She could surface anywhere the drain system connects in the area, so please keep an eye out along fences, foundations, gardens, and under porches. Sheila is gentle, not venomous, and will move away from people if she sees them. If you spot her please take a photo from a distance and reach out to me right away at

I’m sure you heard that somewhere and you just parrot what other people say. You probably never held a snake or have any knowledge on reptiles. People are just really stupid. It’s why this country is the way it is and the leaders get away with bank robbery in broad daylight on a daily basis.

Unless the pet is rodent that’s not going to happen. The snake lived with 5 chihuahuas and never had issues .

Washington, DC - Lost Dogs, Cats & Pets - PawBoost I would love to know why you all keep removing the links to the sites we're posting so owners and finders know where to file lost and found reports. It's a waste of our time trying to get the comment to post and stay, and unfair to those who don't know what to do.

Let me know if you need a flyer. This was a comment on one of my shares: Maybe you can check with public works to see where that storm drain goes 🤔 You may need to look at trying to find a professional tracker, most people are terrified of snakes and may not stop to think its a pet. You also may want to put flyers on all your neighbors doors. If you are near the rec center, I would post flyers there too. Good luck 🙏🏽🙏🏽
