Mariel DeJesus Mogollon okay well the thing is there aren't any other dogs that look like him in the inventory in the valley. So you have that going for you. What you have going against you is he's a big dog he's a nice solid guy and might be tempting for someone to keep. If he's not fixed he's at risk for people that want to make money breeding him. So when owners have a dog that is a high theft risk they need to put a reward. They need to put the amount. And it needs to be the very first thing in the post. Just like the media uses attention grabbing headlines the reward becomes yours. The second thing you want to put is the major intersection not your small neighborhood streets because nobody knows where those are. And then you want to put your city. After that go into the details on your dog. I usually have owners that I help do a 3-day marketing blast with their new improved post on next door and neighbors by ring. Next door reaches a 2-mile radius around you and neighbors by reaches approximately eight. Shake the tree really hard get this blasted out there breakfast lunch and bedtime. People get involved because there's a reward they're more motivated to help. You don't just want nice people in Lost Pet groups keeping an eye out. You want everybody in your immediate vicinity looking for your dog. He's a big boy whoever took him can't hide him forever. When you put a reward it's not typically going to inspire the thief to bring the dog back but it might inspire the owners to come forward and tell you who has your dog. The longer you wait the last chance you have of getting your pet back. Hope this helps.

Lex Harrison thank you for all the tips. I have already posted flyers in every stop sign near our neighborhood and have reported him lost on a lot of sites. Hoping to find him soon. Will also visit local shelters tomorrow

Also in that neighborhood I would put a reward on your posts to grab attention before someone picks him up and takes him home and keeps them. Put the amount nobody pays attention to generous reward or reward.

😭Just FYI: If the owner doesn't respond in the comments then rescue volunteers might think the owner is no longer looking. Very important to respond. 🤨 ✅If you're still looking for your pet make sure you have them posted on these places. 1. Neighbors by ring and next door. These are the most important and should be first. 2. Petco love lost has a facial algorithm search 3. Pawboost at least once a week not more than that 4. Be sure to search paw boost under found dogs as well don't just post your dog. 5. The Lost Pet groups on Facebook do not promote dogs at Arizona Humane Society so you have to go to Arizona Humane Society found pets page on Facebook and check there. Lots of dogs are in doggie gel and owners don't know to search this page. Some also come up on PB but not all. Check that Facebook page. 6. Try 24 pet connect and petfinder.com. do a search as though you're looking to adopt a pet like yours see if it comes up in the inventory anywhere. Easiest way to check multiple rescues and shelters inventory for your dog. 7. As a last resort make sure you are checking MCAC urgent and adoptable page especially if you have a pitbull. This is where dogs on the euthanasia list are posted as a last resort before it's too late. Also the dog savers. If your dog is a puppy, tiny and cute or a pure breed you absolutely need a reward. 💲 If your dog has been missing 3 days and there has been zero sightings of it you absolutely need to put a reward. People find and keep dogs like this and you need to inspire some people to do the right thing. If you wait even 4 to 5 days chance of return goes down exponentially. Put it in the first line of your post not down in the paragraph. Put the amount because nobody pays attention to the word only. 👎 🚫#1 Biggest mistake most owners make is: not putting the major intersection and City in the beginning of their post so people know if they are in the search area. 🚫2nd biggest mistake owners make is: they don't comment on their posts. You have to just stir the pot and get more people looking at your post. 🚫3rd biggest mistake owners make: they use a terrible picture of their dog. You have two seconds to get people to look at your post when they scroll by. Crop everything else out of the photo except for your pet. That means no walls, no carpet, no grass, no people, no other pets. You want your pet as big as possible so people can clearly see it when they scroll by. It's also a good idea to put your pet on lost pets of Phoenix it's for the whole valley.💯 Also be sure to put the key words Lost/found color/ breed City / state on everything so it comes up in key word searches.💯

People don't know to look for a dog named Stefan but they will do a search for white pitbull lost so you need that on your posts.

Please share this dog with the major intersection and City and a description of the color and size on lost pets of phoenix. You want that on everything you post. There are not too many white pitbulls so you want to put that as a keyword in everything you post so that way if someone does a search for lost white pitbull Arizona or Phoenix or Glendale your post will come up.
