A good list of things to do is on www.catsinthebag.org (Click in the actual link, not the box.) Also get signs up and file a lost report with Animal Services/local shelter(s) or a similar organization under another name, and keep checking their listings. Make sure your microchip is registered, and the company has your up to date info. Put out your worn clothing and her bed / blanket - if she is disoriented, the scent will help her find her way home. Go out in the early hours of the morning and shake the treat bag and call her name quietly. Take a flashlight as her eyes will shine. Crack the garage door and/or house window so she can make her way inside if she comes home. Make posters and flyers and get them up and out asap! Call all the vets and shelters in your area. Hopefully she is microchipped and someone takes her in to be scanned. Good luck, I hope you find her! 😿
