This is on Ring as well as Pawboost. Chesterfield Animal Control was called and he was picked up. A neighbor tied him to the stop sign to keep him from running. He almost got hit. He gave him water. He is trained and will bite or maybe he is scared. Call 804-748-1683 for Animal Control.
