Message from Owner

My dogs escaped around 9:30 this morning. They dug underneath the fence. Please help me find my dogs. They are not wearing their harnesses. I took them off last night so they don’t have any tags on them. Please contact me at.

Christa Robles hey Christina, did you find your dogs at Broward County animal control? I saw a post where someone posted that you actually found both of them. I surely hope that’s true. Thank goodness.

Did both escape or only the gray and white one? If one of the dogs is still at home, take the other one out on lead to see if that one can find the other. Post on NextDoor and neighbors.ring, hang bilingual flyers, and put out articles of unwashed clothing and the pet’s bed. Ask neighbors to check their Ring cameras, garages, and sheds. Check shelters in person. If not already done, have your pet microchipped as soon as you’re reunited. If already chipped, call the microchip company to report pet lost and make sure your contact information is correct. Report lost on 24petconnect. If someone posts “We found” and asks for your phone number, don’t respond; it’s a scam. Same if they want to send you a code. Beware of sites people recommend that find lost pets; many are scammers

Pam Praolini Thank you I will try again! The last time I lost them I did finance the ring app.

Christa Robles also be sure to check with animal control of Broward County. They only hold dogs for five days.

Christa Robles you should be able to make an account through the app, give it a try. I’ve seen so many pets on the ring camera app that have been reunited. It’s a great tool. I am not in your area or I would look on mine but they only show within a 2 mile radius.

Christa Robles go on the ring camera app post them on there and also search to see if someone has cited them or pick them up Post on your local neighbors app Be sure to register them with Broward County animal control, and search to see if they also have them picked up and if you can put some posters out in front of your house or in your neighborhood with your photos and hopes that someone that does not use social media, possibly has them I hope you find them safe and if they are chipped, be sure that the chip information is updated.
