Is this the same cat? It's a hard picture to tell but the same cat's been up here by my house. The person behind me was feeding him and taking care of him at her place and she was supposed to get him neutered but as of today he is still not neutered. And yes he wants in the house badly he apparently was a cat that was dumped or somebody moved and left him. I feel sorry for him because he's a very human friendly cat but not too sure he gets along with other cats at least in my yard he didn't get along with my cats.
