Stacey Ribeau no she was running from herself.. she was scared from everything.. I was watching her from a distance I yelled at a guy to get his attention so he didn't hit her as she was running across the street... I was pretty far but thank God he heard me and my horn.. that probably scared her too I didn't want to do that but didn't want her hit!
