this post was intended to find the owner and after 9 Months she has been found. Circumstances have changed and she no longer can keep the dog. Which is understandable. She has made arrangements to come get the dog and try to rehome It or rescue it. At no time when speaking to her did she say she refused to help. Some people just like to stir the pot. How about we try to get the poor girl first and then arrangements will be made by the owner She is still technically her dog. This is being handled by the police department and animal control of broward county so everyone calm down
