spoke to the owner and she says she has a new dog and this dog has been missing for 4 months. she cant keep the dog now because she got another dog. she hurt her arm and she cant go there today . Tomorrow she says. i told her to to at least go there and dog would come to her and at least the dog doesn't get hit by a car. she said
