Looking for owners, I am the founder of the rescue that feeds in this area. All set on best practices for lost and found , dog is scared, but when threw a tennis ball ran to it and grabbed it. I have seen her 2 days in a row. Left food and water. She's on private property and really wants in the building. I have never seen her, she just appeared, like all the dumped dogs here. She may have been placed here for security (very common here) she sure does not want to be here though. If you think this is your dog please contact me at. Have to your proof ready, I verify vet records by the dozens.
