Teresa Lehto its my ex girlfriend and she had a key to my place and was going to pet sit him but now wont give him back. I contacted the police and they said its a civil matter and there isnt much they can do.

If your little guy was taken and you know who has him can the police not do anything? Dogs are property and this is theft.
