I am sorry your kitty is still missing . The following is my usual advice. It’s a bit long but I add to it when I see how other kitties are found . Look in the day, listen at night. Can you go out around midnight? I know of 35 cats that were found around that time in last couple of years or so, possibly coincidence but worth a try. Walk towards your house calling in normal voice and shaking biscuits , then listen. Take someone with you, DONT GO ALONE. Please go to each and every neighbour asking if you can look inside their sheds, greenhouses, garages and behind. Also check in compost containers . One was found stuck behind a shed recently. As nice as your neighbours may be please don’t rely on them to look, I don’t mean that unkindly but cats don’t always come out when someone else calls. If you’re unable to check yourself, ask them to keep doors open for half an hour if safe to do so, to enable them to escape. Check if any neighbours have gone on holiday and contact them, if possible, in case your cat snook in before they left. Print off Google maps sat view of local neighbourhood so you can see buildings and also knock at doors where there are outhouses. If you Iive in a rural location check banks and streams and hedges etc. Two cats were found recently in Wendy houses and another two in a rabbit hutch and 6 up trees. Check decking . Keep a poster in your car window if safe to do so when parked up and give a poster to the recycling crew, asking them if they can keep an eye out now they are coming weekly. Put a laminated poster on your refuse bin . We’ve seen a kitty found by this method after someone walked past and who recognised the photo from the ‘stray ‘ in their garden. Also ask your ice cream man to put one in his van. Ask estate agents for access to empty properties that have been viewed recently and give your postie and local milkman a poster. If there are ongoing building works/ new houses etc ask the site manager if he can look inside empty properties that were left open during the day . Pop posters in doctor’s surgeries, local pubs, libraries, swimming pools, village/ town hall notice boards and even churches. Also post offices and local corner shops. Try laser pens in the dark if your kitty loves them. Ask if anyone has wild life cameras they can check on or door bell cameras and even Cctv and just ask everyone you come across, including joggers and local ramblers. If chipped, ensure chip details are fully updated with current phone numbers and email addresses and logged as missing. It may help also to put details on school websites asking if parents or grandparents or friends are feeding a ‘stray’. If you have another cat or dog try taking them out on a leash. I’ve seen 7 cats reunited this way. The owners of some recent reunited kitties swear by emptying the vacuum contents around the garden/area. Please don’t put out litter tray as other cats could spray on tray and then that may deter yours coming back . Check if delivery vehicles have been in the area in case your inquisitive kitty hopped on board. Also hang out worn washing and keep trainers outside . If you have recently moved house and not too far from your previous home, draw a straight line on a map to each property and that’s the route a cat may take if he’s trying to go to his previous home . Put on your local ‘Spotted’ and ‘Nextdoor’ and even an advert in your local paper, especially the free newspapers/magazines that come through our doors. Also ask for posters to go up in dog grooming parlours and let every vet and rescue know in the area. An indoor cat that escapes usually goes to the first place of safety and hides, sometimes in silence. Go out when dark with a torch and shine in bushes and under cars, calling gently. If your kitty has been missing a while try going over everything again . A couple of long time missing cats were found within 30 houses after trying to make their way back. The gardens and properties were searched at the beginning. Even check out food places like McDonalds, KFC and several cats have been found at recycling centres and allotments. Put posters up at car washes, lots of local people attend. Also near cash points - posters may get ripped down though , but keep replacing Go to car boot sales and give out posters . Ask if you can put posters up in petrol stations , golf courses and even fishing areas. Also 36 cats have been found on different farms/stables/barns within 3 miles, and a few 7 miles from home. If your kitty is new to you or a house cat that escaped , they usually come back through the entrance they escaped from , so try and keep that open . My friend dragged her unwashed bedding along fences , back to her house. If it’s your kitten that’s missing try looking all over the house , my kitten was found inside a duvet cover in the spare room , asleep over the side . Check out all kitchen cupboards including saucepans, one kitten was found after 9 hours inside a saucepan . If your cat is elderly please contact all vets and rescues in the area. So many older cats are ‘lifted’ by well meaning people who think they are straying, lost or ill . If after a short time if your kitty isn’t found locally then please look further afield. Hope your kitty will be home soon.

Check all the Vets in a 50 mile radius as most there for identification, chip reader. Good luck and wishing your puss a safe and soon return ❤️

Hi x you could try putting the littertray or bedding out for the scent and ssk all neighbours to check their sheds and garages or go looking at 3am with a torch good luck x
