Hi posting this so everyone is aware. This dog belongs to one of the homeless men that is camping out in a vacant property on Veteran Ave. He constantly lets the dog roam around off leash, unattended. I think the best thing to do is to bring this dog to a shelter and let it get adopted. This is the third time this dog has been found that I know of. Folks in the neighborhood have asked him to leash the dog and he refuses to do so. I've seen folks have to pick up their own dogs to prevent the dog from running up to them, and this dog is an unneutered male as well.
