Noelle Debora Paull He was scanned by our vet this morning and has no microchip. He was likely dumped near our house. He is in rough condition and malnourished under all of that fluff.

Thank you for taking care of the dog and keeping him inside. I’m sure it’ll be cold if he’s put outside in this weather. Put up signs and let people know you’ve got them. Take him to be checked and scan for a microchip at the vet. It’s free. Make owner proof of ownership.
