NORTH HOLLYWOOD. Dog sighting. Brown dog, 12-16lbs(?) with (blue?) collar was running South on Bakman Avenue from Magnolia towards Otsego. I couldn't help because I had dogs with me. By the time I could zoom in and take a photo, all I got was dog's butt. See photo. Hopefully this helps someone. (And that the dog stays safe 🙏🏻)
