This guy was just near Perry meridian high school a couple days ago. He was struggling, gave him some food and water but unable to get closer than a foot. There aren’t any tags on the collar.

Animal control came, didn't check for a chip, said they were full and left him.....

Johnson County Animal Control is trained to trap. Peaceful Souls cannot trap in Johnson County unless the pet owner or animal control asks them to help.
