Hi! This black small dog was sniffing around my hse and my neighbors for food this morning. Super shy, definitely has an owner but was either dumped or been out for awhile. I gave him/Her some food. I’m going to leave out food after work tonight too. Please let me know if this is your baby and i’ll try to catch him, although he is very shy (and very hungry) He is no more than 15-20lbs? He looks like a large shitzu size but he is clearly some sort of fluffy terrier
