Message from Owner

One of the worst things happened to me that I never wanted to happen. I lost Indy. She flew away from getting spooked by birds while visited my mother's grave on mother's day. I feel devastated and heartbroken. I feel like this was all my fault. I never wanted this to happen to me, I don't know what I did to deserve this. I already suffered because of my mother's death and now i'm suffering over Indy. I've had Indy for over 10 years since i was a kid. That bird was always with me through everything. My mother gifted her to me for Christmas 2016 and ever since then, Indy was my sidekick. Losing Indy feels like losing my mom. Indy is the only thing left I have that I still have from her. I just want her back and safe. She means so much to me and I don’t what i’ll do without her. My heart feels empty and Im so numb. I’ve been crying nonstop for two days already. Please help me bring her back to me.

Rosemary Gomez I was hoping you had been able to catch her. The feathers may be good news…that at least she remains in the area. Especially if there was no blood on them or around the area. Please don’t give up. Maybe try different times of day especially at dawn or dusk when it may be more quiet and birds tend to be more active…I pray you get her back safely. Were you able to alert any cemetery staff so they can notify you if she is spotted? Did they let you post signs there as well? {{hugs}} as I know you are worried and sick about her.

Pat Dorsett Hey Pat, unfortunately no. I’m still heartbroken. I found a few of her featherstered on the ground at the cemetery. I’ve been going there non stop for the past few days. It was deep in the forest area at the cemetery. I do not know if that means she was scared and dropped feathers or something got to her. God, I hope she is okay and just escaped from from something. The feathers looked clean, no blood or anything.

William not so! My Conure flew off my shoulder and was on her own outside overnight. I sat outside beside her cage all night. The next morning she flew back to me. Don’t be so negative
