Watch over this precious pup FATHER IN HEAVEN, please lead a kind loving person to find him/her and give this baby shelter indoors out of this heat, caring for and calming him/her, making this pup feel loved and safe. This is very close to UTD campus, and a lot of students probably live or drive regularly near there. Might be worth posting notices around UTD (outside only). The housing areas on campus strongly dislike unapproved flyers, but there's a bulletin board near the student union which Google seems to think is public use unless I misunderstood, and maybe other spots to post on.
