❗ Put a dish, not a can of fishy wet food,or tuna, put a minicamera pointing at the food so you can observe from your devices what animals go up to the food,if and when you see your cat, later,it the next night, set up a humane trap (Have A Hart) and put the food dish inside, attach the minicamera to the ceiling, pointing down at an angle,so you can see what animals go inside. Put a towel over the trap,one of the cat's unwashed towels. Put the cat's unwashed towels outside on a hanger, in a windowsill, an elevated deck,a fire escape, put its owner's or favorite person's unwashed clothes outside on a clothing line,or a hanger in the other side of the house in the fence, a deck,the edge of the roof,the scent will travel and help guide the cat back home. You can rent a humane trap from your local SPCA, animal control, a rescue,from someone who does TNR and rescue,from a Harbor Freight, tractor feed and supply stores,but I don't know if they rent them,they may just sell them.
