I am devastated my 12-year-old long hair Chihuahua. She’s 2 lbs. 8 oz.. she’s is my world, as I am an empty nester recently,she’s the only thing that brings me joy in my home!!! please help me find her. I’m sure she’s so scared. She does not have a chip.t I just bathe her so I didn’t get to put her collar back

Check the area at night in the Green Belt, especially near the skate park. There are a lot of homeless that hang out under the McDowell bridgework..They tend to grab loose dogs for companions..

Search! Leave a scent trail from home using your dirty socks. Bring flashlights and a box of treats to shake. Look in and under vehicles, in storm drains and sewers, behind barbecues, in bushes, garages, and sheds. Check online listings repeatedly on Nextdoor , Ring Neighbors, Ring Rescue, Petco Love Lost, the Humane Society, and the pound. Post flyers everywhere including on group mailboxes, street posts, windshields, school and church fences, storefronts. Take some door-to-door and to veterinary offices and animal hospitals

I would get flyers up around the neighborhood and check with neighbors.. also put out scent items like dirty clothes or her bed to help her find a way. Hope you find her soon. I would also share on any local Scottsdale pages!!
